Yeah, it is! TWEWY is probably the most influential game of my life
Haven't finished NTWEWY yet but I love what I've played so far

awesome!! i really love the iconic, flashy art style of TWEWY and the music too. when i first played it on the DS i was floored by all the vocal music in so many different styles... i think it was my first experience with japanese hip-hop and maybe j-rock too!

haven't finished the new one either - it's an interesting modern take on the original battle system but i'm mostly into it for the art and music still. the depeche mode type tracks got stuck in my head so much

The DS hardware really didn't give justice to that amazing soundtrack yet it still managed to be mind-blowing the first time I heard it—i think that was the first time a game's OST got my attention more than the gameplay or story (both are really good though!)

Honestly feel like I've spent more time listening to Neo TWEWY's music more than actually playing it lmao
