re-rendered all the entries since the original renderpack did not render the built-in pc-9801 drum sounds

s98 entries rendered using the s98 winamp plugin
.m and .m2 entries rendered using fmplayer
the .vgm entry rendered with vgmplay

I also made sure to normalise the audio so that the volumes are roughly in level
