Draw is a format that focuses on general (read: not pixel art) artistic works made from scratch; it was added because up until this point, there had been no general grafxicist format (read: not ascii or ansi) that one could participate in that wasn't mix_battleart during a major. You could say that this is the art equivalent of an allgear, so to speak.

Also, Tilde had money to throw at the BotB Kickstarter.

Anything that can create visuals from scratch, free and paid, including, but not limited to:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Flash
- Paint.NET
- Paint
- Paint Tool SAI
- CorelDRAW
and more.

You can even go analog with pen[cil] and paper, though you still have to get the image on to the site somehow. How you go about it is entirely up to you, though the most recommended method would be to scan it.

Restrictions on submit

The resulting submission must be an image.

Viewing (for voting)

Honestly, is there really any consumer computer that can't view images?
