I attempted to pick a file to upload to BOTB to use as a bitpack (I didn't even get past the file selection dialogue before the browser quickly crashed itself) and my browser kept crashing either during or after selecting a file to upload. This problem does not affect Safari 5.1.10, to my surprise.

Peculiar. The form is basic html. What OS are you using?

...also your browser versions seem very out of date

I think I'll take that back... kind of. I just did a quick test today and determined that other factors may be going in there... and it's always my browser's file loading dialogue (if memory serves me right), and not your page, interestingly enough. This post was mainly a result of me trying (and failing) on two browsers to get my pack loaded, a mere 200KB (roughly) file. The day I was attempting to get it running it was happening very quickly... but today, all I had to do was simply try to search by text, and got the same crash. My instincts say your page is not at fault.

I guess it's more of a case of me getting a bit unhappy with two of my browsers.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.8 and cannot upgrade to a more recent browser version. Plus, I'm not upgrading my OS either since I'm keeping Rosetta on my computer.

It is obviously the browsers fault. Just use Safari 5.1.10 for OHB hosting. I'm not gonna upgrade to Mac OS 10.13 anytime soon because of software compatibility and Rosetta support, since I do use Game Music Box. Mac OS 10.6.8 is the last "good" version of OS X I will be using, and i've been relying on it for 7 years.
also this is the mane reason why I refuse to switch over to https because of this.
